  • USA, UK, Canada: €19.99

  • Australia: €49.99 (no free shipping threshold)

🌍 Customs, Taxes & Import Fees

For deliveries to Switzerland, USA, UK, and Canada, we cover any customs and import costs for you.

Note: In rare cases, additional fees may apply due to national regulations over which we have no control.

🚚 Shipping Processing

  • Shipping takes place after payment is received.

  • If an item is unavailable, we will inform you immediately.

⚠️ Risk of Loss

For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or deterioration of goods passes to the customer only upon delivery.

🔁 Returns

  • Austria & Germany: free within 14 days, thereafter (days 15–30) €4.90

  • Switzerland: free within 30 days

  • USA, Canada & UK: free

  • Other countries: €9.90 – €19.90 depending on the country – the exact price is shown in the returns portal

Returns must be made within the statutory right of withdrawal period.
