Care Instructions
Remove loose dirt with a dry, soft shoe brush. If necessary, go in with a clean, soft brush to apply some lukewarm water and a mild cleaning solution. Wipe any excess product with a moist cloth. Air dry at room temperature after cleaning or when shoes get wet.
To remove more stubborn stains, you can also put your shoes in the washing machine. It’s important to only wash them with cold water on a short, gentle program. Use a mild detergent and a mesh laundry bag. After washing, soak up excess moisture with a cloth if necessary. Let the shoes air dry. Please be aware that machine washing can put a strain on colors and materials. So only wash your shoes as often as absolutely necessary.
Note: We don’t recommend using the shoes for activities that cause high friction on the shoe (e.g. riding a balance bike or toy car) without additional protection to prevent damaging the shoes.

The shoes have wide toe box and flexible sole as what majority of people would choose to purchase this brand. However, these shoes got not enough room for my kid’s mid foot and also the top loops are too short to adjust for high mid foot. It seems those shoes are made without considering the thickness of foot but only the width. It’s just doesn’t make sense to me that why lengths of those three loops are the same as the thickness of foot is varying. Feel ground provided their products with pretty reasonable prices however, I couldn’t hold back my disappointment with the product as I was super excited to found out this brand for my kids.
I really hope you to improve the product.

We would like to let you know that your feedback about the length of the velcro straps is important to us. While they typically fit most children well, we understand that they may sometimes be a tad too short or occasionally even too long. We strive to design our shoes to accommodate various foot types, but unfortunately, it's not always possible to get it right for every foot shape.
Your suggestion for longer velcro straps has been noted, and we will certainly forward it to our product team for consideration in future designs.
