A direct exchange is not possible.

If you would like a different item, size, or variant, we ask you to place a new order in the shop.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you (including shipping costs, except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery we offer).
