They combine comfort, flexibility, and ground feedback – perfect for barefoot beginners or feet with a narrower fit or low instep. Plus, they add a bit of warmth and insulation on cooler days.

Our most popular choice: the EVA Insoles (3 mm) in cork or felt: Cork keeps your feet cool and breathable with a natural foot climate, while felt offers a softer feel and extra warmth.

For a limited time, we also have Latex Insoles (3.5 mm) with a cork surface – super soft and cushiony.

Our Kids PU Insoles (4 mm) come in cork and felt. A built-in size check line also helps you see if there's still enough room in the shoe for growing feet.
