Pathway is our barefoot sandal for urban adventures. With its anatomical fit, padded straps, and flexible, flat sole, this lightweight sandal offers sporty aesthetics and maximum comfort. Pathway features two adjustable Velcro straps: one at the heel and a second across the instep. Based on your feedback, we've lengthened the instep strap for our updated Pathway version. Now, Pathway can be adjusted even more precisely to accommodate customers with medium to high insteps.
What's new in the improved Pathway version?

Longer tensioning belt
For a significant number of customers, the strap that runs across the instep was not long enough. Therefore, we have lengthened it for the revised version to ensure a comfortable fit for customers with medium to high-volume feet. Customers with a lower foot volume can, of course, continue to use the new Pathway version. Customers with a very low instep volume can also have the strap shortened if needed. -
Velcro fasteners
Additionally, we've reversed the rough and soft sides of the hook-and-loop fastener on the instep strap. This ensures that only the soft side of the fastener comes into contact with the skin, even when the straps are adjusted very loosely. To protect the strap material, we recommend always fully closing the hook-and-loop fasteners when the shoes are not being worn, to prevent the rough side from coming into contact with the straps, for example, when the shoes are stacked on top of each other. -
New sole shape
We've also optimized the sole shape. We've removed excess sole material in the little toe area and widened the midfoot area for better strap placement. -
New design without triangular buckle
The entire design has been upgraded. We've replaced the triangular buckle with padded, crossed straps, so the sandal now offers significantly more stability and no longer irritates the sensitive ankle area.
