Like our other sneaker models, Move is also equipped with an additionally stitched sole for extra durability. The unique functional lacing system allows you to individually adjust the fit for optimal lateral support, so Move adapts perfectly to your foot.
TENCEL™ Upper Material & Breathability: Move's breathable, single-layer upper material is made from TENCEL™ Lyocell, a particularly soft and breathable material of plant origin. It keeps your feet pleasantly cool and dry, reduces odor development, and provides a fresh feel, even during intense workouts. The upper material and all other materials used for Move are vegan.
Removable Insole: Move comes with a removable 4mm insole that provides extra cushioning for those who need it. The insole improves fit for narrow feet or feet with low arches, protects the stitched inner sole, and can be removed for airing to prevent odor buildup. The insoles are color-coordinated with the upper material.

Perfect Fit
Move's fit is crucial for maximum comfort and performance. Most customers will wear the same size as other Feelgrounds sneakers. If you normally fluctuate between two Feelgrounds sizes, we recommend the smaller size for Move due to its very stretchy upper material. The interior dimensions are consistent with our other models, but the comparatively slightly narrower heel and midfoot area provide a more secure fit. Move is comfortably padded in the heel area. Easy Care
To ensure the longevity of your Move shoes, remove loose dirt with a soft brush. If needed, you can use a mild cleaning solution and lukewarm water. Wipe off excess product with a damp cloth and let the shoes dry at room temperature. For stubborn stains, you can wash them in the washing machine. Remove the insoles before washing. Wash your shoes on a gentle cycle with cold water and low spin speed. After washing, remove excess moisture with a towel and let the shoes air dry.
