TENCEL™ Upper & Breathability: Move's breathable, single-layer upper is made from TENCEL™ Lyocell, a particularly soft and breathable plant-based material. It keeps your feet comfortably cool and dry, reduces odor development, and ensures a fresh feel even during intense workouts. The upper and all other materials used for Move are vegan.
Removable Insole: Move comes with a removable 4mm insole that provides extra cushioning for those who need it. The insole improves the fit for narrow feet or feet with a low instep, protects the stitched-in inner sole, and can be removed for airing out to prevent odor buildup. The insoles are color-matched to the upper.

Perfect Fit
Move's fit is crucial for maximum comfort and performance. Most customers will wear the same size as with other Feelgrounds sneakers. If you usually fall between two Feelgrounds sizes, we recommend going with the smaller size for Move due to the very stretchy upper material. The internal measurements are consistent with our other models, but the comparatively slightly narrower heel and midfoot area ensure a more secure fit. To ensure the longevity of your Move shoes, remove loose dirt with a soft brush. If needed, you can use a mild cleaning solution and lukewarm water. Wipe off excess product with a damp cloth and let the shoes dry at room temperature. For stubborn stains, you can machine wash them. Remove the insoles before washing. Wash your shoes on a gentle cycle with cold water and low spin. After washing, absorb excess moisture with a towel and let the shoes air dry.
