Sole & functional lacing system: Move's new outsole impresses with its rounded, sleek design that allows unparalleled flexibility and freedom of movement. Like our other sneaker models Move is also equipped with extra outsole stitching for added durability. The unique functional lacing system allows for a customized fit that provides optimal lateral support and adapts perfectly to your foot.

TENCEL™ upper material & breathability: Move’s breathable one piece single layer upper is made with TENCEL™ Lyocell, a particularly soft and breathable material of plant origin. It keeps your feet pleasantly cool and dry, reduces odor development and ensures a fresh feel, even during intensive workouts. The upper material as well as all other materials used for Move are vegan-friendly.

Removable insole: Move comes with a removable 4 mm insole that provides extra cushioning for those who need it. This insole improves the fit for narrower or low-volume feet, protects the built-in insole and can be aired out to prevent odor. The insoles are color-coordinated with the uppers.

Perfect fit

The fit of the Move is crucial for maximum comfort and performance. Most customers will wear the same size as for other Feelgrounds sneakers. If you normally fluctuate between two Feelgrounds sizes, we recommend the smaller size for Move as the upper provides a roomy feel thanks to it’s stretchy material. The internal measurements are consistent with our other models, but the narrower heel and midfoot area provide a more secure fit. Move is comfortably padded in the heel area. Easy care

To ensure the longevity of your Move shoes, remove loose dirt with a soft brush. If necessary, you can use a mild cleaning solution and lukewarm water. Wipe off excess product with a damp cloth and leave the shoes to dry at room temperature. Stubborn stains can be removed in the washing machine. Remove the insoles before washing and use a gentle wash cycle with cold water and a low spin setting. After washing, absorb excess moisture with a towel and allow the shoes to air dry. 

To prevent odor development, we recommend removing and airing out the insoles after every wear. For additional protection, you can use our shoe odor eliminator spray on the insoles and inside your shoe.

Flexible adjustment - lacing system

Move is equipped with a functional lateral support lacing system that allows you to adjust the fit of the shoe to meet your workout needs. You can vary from a loose fit with low tension for casual wear to using additional marathon lacing for a tighter ankle fit and more stability.
